Originally from Vancouver BC, Hallie Tut started out as a concert photographer shooting everyone from Glass Animals to Post Malone as they passed through town. Upon relocating to Toronto two years ago, while also completing 11th and 12th grade, Hallie’s involvement in the creative industry began to take off. By branding herself with a signature vibrant colour scheme, she quickly grew a name for herself around the city getting called on to work with an array of Toronto’s most talented music artists and brands including a collaboration with Nike for their 2018 ‘Artist of Air’ Air Max campaign. Her personal photography works (which mainly have been shot in the basement of her family home) often comprise elaborate set-ups covering themes of technology and the teenage experience in our contemporary society. As a recent high school graduate, Hallie strives to continue exploring her creative potential by expanding into direction with the intent of bringing her ever-developing, unique visual style to the video medium.
